3. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • We offer monthly, yearly, and one-time payment plans.
  • Refunds are available for any unused credits, which can be requested through our refund application form.
  • Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after review and approval.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing.
  • Access to premium features continues until the end of your current billing period.

4. Ownership of Content

All AI-generated videos created through your account are entirely yours.

You may use, modify, and share your generated content freely, including for commercial purposes.

By using Sora, you grant us permission to temporarily process and store your data solely for service delivery and improvement.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Sora is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's performance, availability, or results.

Sora and its creators are not liable for:

  • Any damages, losses, or data corruption,
  • Downtime or interruptions, or
  • Any misuse or consequences of how users apply the generated content.

6. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws without notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (California jurisdiction), without regard to conflict of law principles.
